Susan Teitsworth has served as principal of Genesee Country Christian School since its inception. She has over 20 years experience as an educator in public and private schools. Susan attended SUNY Fredonia and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Education from SUNY Geneseo, where she also completed her graduate studies in elementary education. Susan lives in the family farm outside Geneseo with her husband Roy. They are parents of 3 grown children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, travel and her granddaughters and grandson.

Belinda Murphy has been teaching at GCCS since its inception. She was the school's first teacher. Belinda taught kindergarten for many years, but now teaches nursery as well as Art. Belinda holds a Masters in Education from Alfred University and her undergraduate work was completed at SUNY Oswego. She is certified to teach both elementary and art education. In her spare time, Belinda enjoys reading, painting and spending time with her family.

Betsy Flickner is our fifth and sixth grade teacher. She has been with Genesee Country Christian School for more than half a decade. Betsy received her Bachelor  of Science in Elementary Education from SUNY Geneseo. She is the mother of four and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the movies.

Kathy Brady is the school's music teacher. Kathy earned her Bachelors Degree at Hillsdale College and her Masters work was done at the University of Michigan. She has been teaching for more than 35 years.  In her spare time Kathy enjoys acting in theater, gardening, sewing and calligraphy.

Stefanie Shisler is the school's physical education teacher and computer teacher. Stefanie received her Masters of Science in Physical Education from SUNY Brockport. In her spare time Stefanie coaches track and runs a Christian youth group. Stefanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their young daughters.

Gretchen Finewood teaches kindergarten. Gretchen received her bachelors from the SUNY at Buffalo and her Masters from SUNY at Geneseo. In her spare time Gretchen enjoys spending time with her daughters and her husband.

Nancy is certified elementary education and is teaching with her friend Belinda in the nursery school. Nancy has also taught second, third ,and fourth grade. Prior to coming to Genesee Country, Nancy taught gifted and talented students in the public school. She enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.  

Lindsy Palmer is the new seventh grade teacher at Genesee Country Christan School. Lindsy received her ACSI K-8 Certification at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. Lindsy enjoys spending her free time with her husband Greg, reading, and enjoying good coffee.

Michelle Weiss is our third and fourth grade teacher. Michelle received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education at Philadelphia Biblical University and her Master’s in Reading Education from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. Michelle taught first grade for ten years at a Christian school in NJ before joining our school this year. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her husband, Matt, and her family.

Jenna Stehler is the school's first and second grade teacher. Jenna completed both her undergraduate and graduate work at SUNY Geneseo. She is certified in Childhood Education and Literacy. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and trying out new restaurants with her husband, Byran.

Gwen Lepkowski is the part time 3rd grade teacher. She graduated from Houghton College with her Bachelor of Science degree with elementary education and received her Masters of Education from SUNY at Buffalo. Gwen has taught pre-K, 2nd, and 3rd grades, 4th-6th grade migrant children, and junior high and high school Spanish. In her free time, Gwen enjoys writing (published), music, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
